About my classes
What should you expect:

What style of class do I teach?
- I teach Hatha Vinyasa flow yoga. Vinyasa means to move with the breath, which is essentially the core of a Vinyasa class. Often called flow yoga, this style of yoga with focus on transitions and movements. Classes are a steady pace which allows you to adjust the posture as required for you and your body.
What do you need to bring with you?
- If you have your own yoga mat then great please bring it.
- If you don’t have a mat I can loan you one for your first class, after that I advise buying one. Please let me know.
- A bottle of water.
- Wear comfortable clothing than you can move freely in.
